Dr. Guellati-Salcedo's usual and customary fee is $160 per 50-minute appointment for individual sessions. An initial consultation of 90 minutes will be charged $240.
Session packages are available, as follows:
- 6 individual session package at $900 ($150/session).
- 12 individual session package at $1680 ($140/session).

For professional services, such as school visits, extended phone contact with patient or other professionals (with your permission), preparation of records or treatment summaries, and legal proceedings (i.e., depositions, testimony, preparation and transportation costs), off-hours appointments, fee arrangements will be discussed separately.
Terms of Payment
Please note that payment is due at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For testing, Dr. Guellati-Salcedo typically asks that half of the fee be paid on the first day of testing, and that the balance be paid upon receipt of the written report at the feedback session.
Current forms of payment include cash, checks, PayPal, and major credit cards. A 3% surcharge will be applied to PayPal and credit card payments.

About Health Insurance
Dr. Guellati-Salcedo works with PPO insurance plans, as an out-of-network provider and with Medicare Part B. She will provide a detailed invoice for the purpose of claim submission upon request. Please note that many insurances now offer partial coverage of neuropsychological testing. Please, note that coaching sessions are typically not covered by health insurance plans.
